Turbo timers & boost controllers

I've recently purchased an AVC-R. This looks like a reasonably easy job to fit. But the only problem is I think that my turbo timer takes up the ECU socket that the boost controller's to be plugged into.

I'm gonna need to check this out but I'm pretty sure this is the case.

I've got a FET. Is this the case with all other turbo timers?

As the timer already has a pressure sensor would I be able to use that with the boost controlller as well?

I'm not sure what "socket" you are on about?
You just need to solder the AVC-R onto the wires that come off the ECU. Your right it's not that difficult.

Ah, I think I'm getting confused here.

I was thinking that the plug that comes off the back of the AVC-R goes straight into the ECU. But I think I've got it now.

So in theory I could use the one pressure sensor for the two items. I this correct?

I would fit the Apexi one as well, you don't want to mess about where your boost is concerned, by trying to run two different things off the sensor.
