i have notice a whistling sound coming from the engine. I thought it was the bov leaking so i reinstalled the standard one in. But it wasnt the case. The sound only came when hitting boost, as it makes the whistling sound and as i back off the flutters but in a laughing sound. What could the problem be???

turbo manifold gasket square shaped 1, mine was doin the same just putting back together now, when u take turbo and manifold off, watch out for the coolant bolt attach to the block, bastard 2 get 2..

You could try tightening all the boost hose clamps. I changed my plugs yesterday and didn't tighten the plenum to intercooler hose clamp up properly and the usual whistling sound of coming on boost was much more pronounced and a little higher pitched. The performance felt a bit flat too. Worth a try !
