UK rear sunny lights on pulsars?

since i have just cracked my rear lens, i was just wondering if you can put uk sunny rear lights on pulsars. Is the light configuration the same?

Wiring is different though. Not a problem if you are just changing over the 'lense'.

Lense is identical - wiring is different because of rear fog-light.
