Always run on Optimax and now V-Power.I always warm the R up properly before higher revs and also cool/warm down before I switch off.I looked at 7/8 Pulsars and 2 Sunnys up n down the country before buying this outstanding example.The previous owner was a fellow member called Reeeve/Steven Akid.
This R has also been featured in Japanese Performance.Buyer's Guide in 2002.
A chance to own a rare Sunny GTiR that's been well kept and never thrashed.Very lightly modified and always run on standard boost.Idles very smoothly and very good oil pressure.Only needs a few more parts to go 1 Bar+
I've always enjoyed the R as it is so never felt the need to go further due to time and work commitments(had the parts though!).
BAD POINTS....
Couple of very light dings,a very light dent on the rear n/s corner and some bubbling on the wing/front o/s wheel arch area.TBH all these are barely noticeable.
Also bumpers have been scraped a little bit twice,nothing major just very tight driveway.
I'm just being totally honest about the condition of the bodywork.
If I was a trader,I would say 'mint condition'.After a good clean and polish the R definitely scrubs up very well for a car that's nearly 16 years old.
