are they universal or do you need one specific for the r?just that there is some on e-bay for a r32 gtr and evo etc.

The pumps are pretty much universal. I got a walbro 255lph (gs341 I think) pump a while back, and the fitting kit it was supplied with was supposedly a "GTI-R specific" one, turned out it was a fitting kit for a vertical mount pump (200sx??) it had the wrong filter which would have pointed upwards when fitted to an R, and no proper mountings for the pump cage. I still managed to make it fit with a bit of bodging about and it works sweet anyhow.
If you get a cheap one of e-bay you will probably have a similar prob, but nothing a few cable ties and some sticky back plastic cant sort :lol: .
