Weak actuator spring?

A friend of mine owns an R that initially peaks boost at 0.8bar but then it drops down to 0.5 or thereabouts and is sluggish

Is that a weak actuator spring and if so how much is a replacement?

Oh i've been told the car also hesistates as well, so now i'm thinking fuel pump...

i have a weak actuater on mine, what it does when on high boost 1bar its very erratic one min its at 1bar then its below then back up :? then sometimes it holds fine but not often. on std boost it holds fine and not erratic.

aparently escort rst ones fit, as i have one but not yet fitted it yet, but might go for a bigger turbs.
