what do i need for 280bhp?

so far ive limited mods still on original air filter but have a full decat mongoose system and thats bout it on the power front..

what do i exactly need to reach 280bhp ...im still on standard boost etc.

Basically

Air Filter
Full Exhaust (De-Cat)
1 Bar Boost
Uprated Fuel Pump

This should see between 265-285bhp depending on the car!

One guy at the Reading meet had 288bhp just from 1 Bar - std fuel pump etc.

Sort of, he had an uprated fuel pump, he just kept forgetting to mention it. Also had an HKS filter, Peco exhaust and bleed valve, which is very little for the power he got.

i only ask cos the "reported" power gains ur suppost to get from standard are quite high for just a few bits and pieces

ive got the mongoose, boost controller im sure i will get , and air filter will be on the list..

as im sick of little niggley bits going wrong wiv my R (ie that dam alternator twice in 2 months! and various electrial prbs etc) i will get an uprated pump too just to be on the safe side
