What does this plug do/go to?

And what do I need to do to take my alternator out? Will it come out from the top or the bottom?

It's cause I took a couple of bolts off of it.

yep its for the aircon, and what is going on with the alternater bracket dude.

That adjustment bolt is well dody, looks likes its been taken off in the past and bodged, i see theres another bolt missing there too.

The connector is for the alternator, and once unbolted it will only come out of the top, unless youve taken the aircon out. Just take that rad pipe off and itl come straight out !

Now to take the alternator off which bolts do I undo?
Is the main bolt holding it on 11716B?

yes it is. it will be quite tight in the bracket (11710) aswell i took mine off today .

Ok another quick question. Are there any other Nissans that I can use an alternator off of?
Like as long as the car is a FWD SR20?
