What parts can be used on a R, from S14?

I am going to upgrade to aftermarked parts when my R arrives,
can I use for example:

Clutch
Pullies
Headers
Flywheel
Cams
Sandwitchplate for oilcoolers

Its alot easier to find parts from an 200sx S14!
Hope you guys can help me
