what should i spend my money on next??? advice please....

My R is used as 2nd car, use it for havin a bit of fun, blasting around, want to do some trackdays in it etc...

spec so far is;

HKS front pipe
mongoose de-cat & back section
quikshift SS air filter
forge DV
dawes running 1 bar
walbro
HKS s-afr
ngk R plugs

hi spec 285mm brakes & pagids
stainless hoses

the handling needs sorting out, its way too soft, im thinking set of lowering springs & a front upper & lower brace

but, i keep thinking about a front mount i/c, mainly for safety as opposed to power, to keep those charge temps down.

problem is, i cant really afford to do the front mount & the handling just now, so one has to take priority....

I'd say front mount. It'll help protect your engine.
You can always drive slower around the corners until you sort the handling.

Sort the handling out, sure the tmic isn't ideal but Nissan didn't put it there (or the vent in your bonnet for cooling ) if it was going to blow your engine up :lol: Get the rear brace too if you can, best one imho.

Front mount the standard IC for cheap then sort handling

i take it the front mounted std i/c does a good enough job of flowing air etc, & its worth mounting it at the front?

do the suspension and if u got money left over get an oil cooler and see if u can get your sump baffled(prevent oil surge).if u want your engine to live a bit longer drop your boost down a bit.

Suspension&oil cooler first.Topmount will be fine on 1 bar on a track as you've got high speed air flowing over it.
