1/8" iirc stu. Instructions should be on the web but do a practice run first before you drill into your manifold/dp :lol:

hi mate :D remembered the 1/8 bit but what? npt? do you reckon it would be ok to just weld the male part of the probe in. it comes with the 1st/inner female part which carries the probe and a double male which can be removed comletely. will have a look for instructions

EGT's are 1/8 npt as i have one sat here, the best place you can fit the sender is in the exhaust manifold on cylinder number 1, this is most likely to get fuel starvation out of the four cylinders due to it being the furthest cylinder away from the inlet on the fuel rail, it should also be fitted around 2"-2.5" away from the cylinder head, no less, jeff
