What type flange is this?

The flange i currently have on my turbo at the moment is 11cm x 7cm (4.25" x 2.75") could anyone tell me what flange this is e.g T4 or T3 etc, and have bought a turbo with a (4.25" x 4") size flange what type is this because it seems really huge?
Any help would be very helpfull!!

dont laugh, but its a xspower turbo it came with the car and where its bolts up it measures about 4.25" x 2.75". I have a tubular manifold that should be the standard flange for the standard turbo. but its got an increaser or convertor from - standard flange to a T?? flange, to make this turbo fit!
