Whats this pipe?????

Ok havnt got any pics so i will just describe it.Its a rubber hose that comes off from under the TBs.Looking at it from the right hand side it looks like it comes off the ICV??

But on my pulsar its split at the end and dosnt go to anything,and is quite short.

Any ideas??

Nah its alot thicker than a vacuum pipe.Just under an inch id say.

Theres also a bit on the bulkhead that looks like it should have a hose attached to it but theres nothing on it.Its like the mentioned pipe should connect up to it,but its far to short.
