Which plugs

Hello again guys
hoping that somebody can tell me the best plugs to use, the car is running 320bhp, i've already melted one set of plugs and have just brought some HKS iridium plugs i think they were S14i heat range 9, will these be o.k, as when i eventually get the car from the garage ( 5 weeks now ) i don't want it back there for quite a while, any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Dave,
Have been running PFR7B-9 for 3 years now and boost is anywhere from
1.1 - 1.4 bar never had a prob with them but mixture/timing is spot on

thanks for the feedback on that, i didn't realise that the pfr7's would take that sort of power, that'll teach me for not doing my homework first.
hopefully my timing/mixture should be spot on as it was R.R'd the day before it went bang
