That depends. - Do you want to stiffen the rear suspension?
The Whiteline rear ARB is about 4mm thicker than the standard unit and is designed to dial-out some of the inherent understeer in the car (similarly the front one is smaller than the standard unit to make the front softer).
If you're happy with the current handling characteristics; leave it alone.
If you'd prefer the back stepped-out, or it was a bit more neutral; it may be worth it. - The GTiR is never going to be a drift machine, and if you prefer the way a FWD car handles you may prefer to keep some of the understeer.
According to Whiteline's own technical articles (you can find them on their website); they recommend playing with polybushes first, as that's a cheaper way to stiffen the suspension. Rubber on the front axle, and polybushes on the back should make the back stiffer (and therefore less able to roll, so the front "bites" better in a corner). Then going to uprated ARBs if you like the change (or want more than bushes alone can give).
