Window Control Unit

Will the drivers side window control unit from a 5door sunny 1993 be a suitable replacement for the unit on the R? I know the cover is the wrong shape, i.e. 4 switches, but will the unit underneath the cover fit under the pulsar cover?

Probably not explained myself very well, but my local scrappy has a 5 door sunny control unit for 40 plus vat :shock: , and are reluctant to sell it to me cos they say its not compatible with the 3 door! How very nice of them.

Someone must have done this previously!

Nelson replaced his with the control board out of a 5 door sunny.
I have a couple of boards rattling around with various functions not working on them and there are some slight differences in the components.
Your best bet is to take your car there and try it whilst they watch, then you can just hand it back if it's not compatible.:-D
