Would a Collins Esc.Cossie actuator fit an 'R?

an actuator is a actuator fella the difference will be the length of the rod as well as the psi rating i had to use a fiesta rs turbo actuator on my 3071 setup a little tweaking and shes good as gold

yes it will but ul hav to modfy it a bit to fit
