mates i was looking on how to fit a z32 maf to my gti-r and foud different ideas...especially for the ground.
here i found that info

pins C and D need to be connected toghether to the earth on the wiring loom.
but here i found that info
Wiring Chart for those with stock Z32 connector:
Z32 MAF Pin - SR20DET Stock Engine Harness
Pin B - White Wire (MAF Signal)
Pin C - Chassis Ground (Connect this to any ground on the chassis)
Pin D - Black Wire (Harness Ground)
Pin E - Black/White Wire (Power)
