hi all,
i`m after a free flowing elbow, either with a downpipe, if required or without a downpipe that fits onto a normal downpipe (that`ll fit the standard elbow).

cash waiting (must be gtir specific and not an s13 one)

cheers,
ollie

The reason yours hangs so low is because you have a different downpipe. As explained before :). It really does help your spool up and throttle response. I would go for the elbow and downpipe combo as it will fit perfectly. Noneed to worry about extra fabrication as ollie found out lol

does improve my spool up definately and breathes better at high rpms. :)

Plumb back however in my opinion should mean it`d fit onto a downpipe built for a standard elbow. Its only slightly out but enough to make it hang low enough to be a pain in the arse. :?

It fits over speed bumps that are all across the road but forget parking up on kerbs etc.

oh, had to grind down a bolt to fit on one of the flanges to, in order for it the clear the bend on the pipe.

In conclusion then........buy one! but don`t get just the elbow assuming it`ll fit onto a downpipe that fits on the standard exhaust and hang perfect. Buy the one including the downpipe up to the cat.

hope this helps

As ollie has explained i wouldnt by the elbow expecting it to fit the standard elbow perfect but if your willing to take the risk of it being out by a few mms then do it. or buy the downpipe and elbow and have the reassurance it will match up. Definately helps spool and help the exhaust gasses flow better.
