I have obtained a deal with the trackday providers to offer us an excellent discount.
The GTiROC has also agreed to also chip in towards the price, making it a very affordable day out for all. :thumb:

Oulton Park is one of the best circuits in the UK and hosts some of the biggest motorsport events on the calendar.
I know there are some keen drivers out there that would appreciate this track and what it has to offer.
If people are happy with the date then I will start the ball rolling and organise the event. ;-)

What I need to find out is how many of you will attend the event as drivers, so that I can sort out costs and bookings. I don't want to see is people making "dreamer" posts. :doh:
If you want to attend (i.e. drive) then add yourself to the list below.

Of course if you want just come along and watch, you are more than welcome to attend, that costs nothing and I'm sure we can offer passenger rides if the request is there? :-D

With that in mind, I'm sure we could all go out for some beers and a curry so that we can get to know each other and have a chin-wag. ;-)

I'm looking for as many people as possible to make this a success and gain the maximum discount possible.

As long as I have 10 names from the GTIROC then we can make the booking.

If we don't have the names then I can not offer any discount.

If you put your name down I will need a deposit from members (£20) paid into the GTIROC account to reserve your place and also weed out the dreamers that talk the talk but don’t show.
Deposit will not be taken for a few months yet, (Aug/Sept) but I hope that people that have shown interest will continue to attend and make this a great day out

If they are not OC paid members then they will not be eligable for the £129.00 price.

However, I'm happy for us to make the numbers up with names from the mongifiers club at £149.00 :thumb:

The full price for the trackday, without discount is £169.00

If this works out well, then I will look at doing more trackdays throughout the year (2010) and offer bigger discounts for fully paid members as well as other bits and bob's :thumb:

So being a full paid member will be more attactive.

I have no idea right now if I would be able to attend this thing (work and such), and I can't drive worth $hit, but it should be an obscenely fun trip. Maybe we could get one or two other R's from Norway attending.
Paying the deposit either way wouldn't be a problem, so if that's all it takes to get on the list, I'm in.

If your not 100% when it comes to driving on track or know the circuit that well, there is driver training in the morning by pro’s to aid in you.
