whining noise

iv had the car around 3 years now and its always had this noise i assumed it was just the noise of the turbo as the whine get louder the higher the revs but recently it has a bit of a chatter on start up so iv had a look to see if i can find where the noise is coming from and it seams to be around the oil pump area

anyone got any ideas on what it could be

iv had both the belts off and the noise is still there

i got this whine 2 i think its the turbo u could have a air leek im gonna check my turbo n the bolts cus they was looosened when i had to repositiion her either that or its fucked. does it come in on throttle ? n when u take ur foot offf it doesnt whine @

its there as soon as i start up iv had another look and its sounds like its coming from the bottom pully area

quite strange.. but yeah sounds as though maybe it's an air-leak but then you'd have idling issues.. so maybe not.

im starting to think it may be the oil pump after look at it again the noise does seem to be in that area
is there and bearings in the oil pump as the whine is like when a bearing is on its way out
