Weight Of Pulsar Engine?

Hi Guys,

Got a bloke in Italy wants a shipping quote for my engine but for my courier I need to know the weight of the engine. It'll be on a standard sized pallet with rope, bubble wrap and celofane.

Can anyone tell me what the estimated weight of the engine is?

I would think about 180kilos? - I've told them 250kilos worst case but I'm thinking it would be much less than this!

Usually couriers charges by volume unless a 1mtr cubed does not exceed 700Kg.

250Kg IIRC is the engine with gearbox and transfer case.

no 'my company' doesn't have scales.. i dont need scales for what we do.. it's not everyday i send engines to Italy. It's okay.. il go with 125kilos8)

According to FAST the BARE engine is 96kg, gearbox is 47.2kg transfer is 36kg.

Engine with all ancilliaries isn't listed but will be alot more than 96kg with everything fitted.
