sorry bogdan but its far from being that simple lol.

ive seen many diy efforts and pro as well and some of the work is shocking to say the least!
when a head is ported it MUST be done correctly and flowed correctly, if it isnt then you will end up with a slow very lumpy unbalanced engine and the head is as good as scrap!

you can count on one hand probably the people in uk that can carry out this work to a very good acceptable level, and the best guy is based nr heathrow, but he takes bookings 3 sometimes 6 months in advance as hes that good.

dremmel and compressor simply doesnt cut the mustard so to speak:lol:

Yes Boby nothing more correct then what you just said....but with polishing part ...you can DIY.

For example over they cn do it ...but they'll charge you at around 1000 euros for porting, polishing and flowing a head.

Everything is done automaticly by a CNC machine

When it comes to engine internals leave it to the professionals, at least then that way you have a guarantee for the work carried out!

I wouldn't bother with polishing (assuming you don't just mean a quick rub over with some fine grit) , just get it ported.
