ok, since ive purchesed a front exit exhaust i have a few question about it of members on how it fits etc, so i thought i would get some pics up of it to show people how it was and bolted to my set up, iam using a tubular manifold which i have a brace welded on and both flange faces skimmend true, hyrbrid turbo thats ported,clipped turbines and 360 degree bearings, filter relocation pipe and hks filter,
anyway heres aload of pictures of it all of the car so you can see.:-D

ive painted the down pipe with heat proof paint just to protect it and really tidy up the grinding marks,
iam hoping that on boost (1.3bar that i plan to run) it will make a really nice turbo whislte!:twisted:

Great job. Well done.

You should consider fixing a bracket to hold the weight of the muffler. Get some pics when its fitted on the car

Make a JIG and start mass producing them and sell them at a profit :)

Glad it made it to you in one piece mate! The turbo will whistle off boost - when on boost it will sound angry. Here's a quick video of my old R with a front-exit fitted;

Good luck with it!
