hks afr

hay,
iam in need of a how to or wiring diagram to fit a hks afr. one of these-

will it be wired into the ecu or maff???

It is wired into the ecu.
There is four wires - yellow white red and black.
If you look at the ecu plug with the bolt at the top - on the right of the bolt the second wire over is orange on the top row. You cut this wire and join the yellow wire of the afr to the plug side and the white wire of the afr to the loom side.
Then looking at the plug again with the bolt at the top, the wire before the last one on the right hand side top row is also orange. You join the red wire of the afr into this wire.
There is a black wire on the very right hand side bottom row, the black wire of the afm joins to this.

Hope the colours are the same, because im looking at a UK spec loom, but the positions are definetly the same.

Yes it does work but it was removed when i got the safc fitted. make me an offer for it

Thanks that helps alot mate. If i fit this and leave it on zero will this mean its not doing anything? its just id like to fit it then take it to the R/R day iam doing but dont want to be playing around with my fueling myself.

Yeah thats right its doing nothing when set at zero.
