is a hammer and screwdriver the only thing yorkshire men have in their toolbox?

if you get a set of molegrips on the flat part of the tube down at the block, then you should be able just to twist it out

lol ill try that 1st. also do i need a pully removal tool to take the crank pully off as this and the crank and oil pump is the last things to remove before i can get it honed,

Yes it is, and its the fastest way to do this job:-D no point pulling your arm or anything!:roll::lol:

No get a rubber mallet and abit of wood then just knock it off:thumbsup:

It is easyier if you get the correct tool for the job tho;-)

there are two small threaded holes on the pulley, 10mm i think, just screw some long bolts into them - once they start to tighten - do each side up a bit of a time and it will push it off.
