Best clutch??

what is the best paddle clutch to buy for the R? for around £400. as i get the feeling mine may need replacing in the near future. im running around 300bhp hopefully around 330bhp once remapped with nistune. :?

I wouldnt have thought a paddle clutch would be necessary at that sort of power. Helix organic should do you well and they're a lot lighter on your leg than paddles.

My Helix paddle is very light as paddles go but ofc an organic is lighter still.Didn't you just have a mashed up turbo as well?

Yeah, mines done 35000 ish miles since it was installed according to the receipt the previous owner gave me and ive done approx 10 full launches on it with varying power up to 360hp and it still feels good. (i dont work for them btw haha)

well u sound like u work for them :roll: haha. maybe ill go for 1 of them then. the lad i bought the car off says it has a new ap cluth in but got no recipt :roll: but if i slip the clutch it slips for ages?? so im gussing a new 1 is looking promosing soon :doh:

Helix organic and uprated cover plate by them,had one on a 300bhp r and that was launched constantly (every other day) for a year with no problem,and i had the same on a 420bhp r which did about 5000 trouble free miles (till i melted the engine)
