misty windscreen

are replacement windscreens available?


i think mine has been damaged with the heat its kinda misty right up the middle,its a nightmare to see out of especially if the sun is low,

gonna get some glass polish see if thats makes a difference,

anyboby had/got the same problem??

yes screens are available from your local screen fitters , make sure they know it's an import as the glass is different (apparently they have different corners to a UK sunny).

Best thing to do is take your car down so they can have a look to see what screen they have to order.

screens often go opaque at the corners first....

Dont tell them its a import they hike the price up! when mine smashed i rang a company and they wanted to charge 150 for a sunny screen and £340 for a pulsar screen!!! in the end i rang a1 windscreens and they fitted one for £90. happy days. i told them it was a uk car to start with to get a price which was £90 then i told them it was an import and the price stayed the same.

Try A4 windscreen mate i had a spare one fitted as my original had nasty chips. The lad said he could supply new and fit it for less than £200 all in. sure it was £140 or something close to they are based down your way but travel and have a good rep

You can ask for the blue tint at the top and they will find you one.

I asked for a blue tinted screen when i got mine fitted and on some angles it looks cool with the full screen tinted. can also get the full screen in red,green and yellow i think it was.
