im starting to remove the aircon .can anyone tell me wat r the the steel pips that sit infront the aircon rad and lead up to hoses behind the front drivers side light and then keeep goin ?? is this part of aircon ?

Why Trip?They don't weigh hardly anything and are there for a reason.I know you sprint your car so I guess its only short runs but don't you ever run it for longer periods where the fluid might get hot?

Maybe Trip has a manual rack in his car to save weight (and reduce the parasitic loss from the pump)?

No, i wish i had a lightweight one. I still use the OE one. I only use the car for hillclimb and every run is only around 60sec ish. I could afford to romove the cooler.
