fuck me, you wont find a much easier fit!, you undo 12 bolts turn the housings and do them up, and you will find if you file 2 holes out on your standard actuator bracket it will bolt on.


even the standard oil lines will bolt on to it.......................

The 2871 is a direct fit or as near a direct fit as you are going to get as Red Reading has so elquintly explained!

ok thanks, im not as clued up as some of you fella's thats why i asked,

i was under the impression rotating the housing could throw the balance of the impeller out, or summit like that........im sure i read a thread somewhere about a perfectly healthy tubby that some one rotated the housing on and the impeller then ended up in bits

Funny fecker Trip :p

I'd spotted that on ebay too johnsy, might be getting made redundant with a nice payoff so was sniffing around for 2871/3071's.
