Total Jap Car - 25th September 2011 Nissan Plant, Sunderland with BDC Finall

Hi Guys

We are working with the BDC now on all of their events. We held our own show Total Jap Car at Knockhill this month and it was such a success that they have asked us to roll out the show at all BDC events - starting with the final in September (the final is on 24 & 25 September but the actual Total Jap Car show is 25th Sept running alongside the final).

Its being held at the Nissan Plant in Sunderland and I am sorting out club stands. Basically Total Car Magazines will handle all aspects of the show and the BDC can concentrate on the drifting

Can you possibly let me know who to speak to about finding out the interest for a club stand. We only have 400 spaces and as its Nissan I am expecting the majority of the spaces to be taken by Nissan clubs.

200 miles from the midlands.. 275miles from london.. :doh: Its not rocket science that if you want to put on a successful attended show.. that you make it accessible to all... maybe north reps could put on a show..

We will be holding Total Jap Car events throughout the UK but this time its at the Nissan Plant in Sunderland with the BDC final - so hoping we will get interest from North East / North West

We would be looking at minimum 5 cars and we will set a maximum once we see the uptake on this - as we only have 400 spaces we want to let as many clubs be there as possible.

I could be tempted by this... but I'd need an MOT and road tax first. ;-)

It's only 180 miles from Cheshire, and it took longer than that to get to Silverstone last year.

Of course, the boss might say "no".

Is there any interest in this show guys? Bookings need to be in for 8th September.

The organisers are Total Car Magazines but one of the clubs booked is Jap North East - along with many many other clubs.

Any update on a club stand guys?

A bit more info :

Bookings and payment needed by 14th September.
Prices when booked on a club stand £8 per driver and £8 per passenger (£15 each on day and in general parking)
Club set up by 10am.
