That useless information bought back some long lost memories.

My first foray into performance vehicles was in 1968 when I purchased a 1967 Prince Skyline 2000GT - S54B (1988 cc G-7 triple-carb I6, 125 hp (94 kW).

The B model featured three Weber 40DCOE-18 carburetors, a limited slip differential, 5-speed close ratio manual transmission, and power brakes. Both the B and A used front disc brakes with dual pistons and alloy finned drums in the rear.

NOPE deffo not got a cup holder?? mine is just part of the centre console where cup holder is meant to be???

If you don't have cup holders in your R, then it has been bastardised. They were a standard fitment throughout production.

It,s more likely that it was a case of having to pay for one as an extra on a uk sunny :lol:

unless some1's broke the centre console surround a some point in its life and replaced it with a none cup holder surround out of a sunny??

No. I think the most likely thing is that someone threw it away to make more room for their head unit; mine is certainly shoe-horned in to the space.

no because there would be a gap between the headunit & heater controlls! my head unit meets up to the heater controlls perfectly??

That's exactly my point. - Mine is hardly a perfect install, so maybe that 1/4 of a slot where the cup holder would be makes all the difference in getting a nice fit.
