k11 Micra with a GTIR engine

Hi guys,

I know that this is not really an R but it will have an R engine.

i am thinking in converting and K11 Micra with an GTIR engine.

What the gearbox will be needed for such an project?

Yeah Thanks....But what gearbox to use in connection with 2WD and a GTIR engine?!?!?!

thought it said in the thread I post. Think it was a RS5F32A box with a 1.5 way Nismo diff. Be careful it didn't end well:

I think the rear GTIR axle should fit with a few mods.....and also a shortened propshaft

But...then again what's the reason for such an project when you got the R which can go to 950 kgs.

FWD drag racing class should be fun with this little Nissan at 500 BHP

doesn't look like brake fade. he was so hell bent on overtaking that corsa that he didnt even brake till after he had already lost it.

Dave rebuilt the engine into an Almera. And sold the car on at the start of te year. Thing was a total animal on track at knockhill.
