all pipe work for back of engine

rebuilding an engine soon and collecting stuff for it but where do i find all water pipes for back of engine and what else would i be advised to change out while im at it?

You can order the water pipe kits from Samco iirc.
There is usually quite a long lead time on them, and most of the distributors seem to have to order them when you pay (rather than having them in stock, no matter what they say about having them).

You may get lucky and find that someone has the kit because they couldn't wait for the one they ordered to arrive and fitted one from someone else instead.

Last time I just bought some lengths of pipe that seemed to be suitable and replaced what I could... the rest I left, and crossed my fingers.

If the engine is out, I'd be tempted to change the DET sensor (I didn't when mine was out, but wish I had).

yeah det senson is one of the main problems on the car it need rewired in and ill a new sensor its self too. ill give them a shout mibby someone on here see's this and sorts me out with a set as id rather do it all now than bull it back out a year down the line.

i bought these hoses for mine with all the clips - very good quality - easy as good as samco - i would say samco just have the brand name which makes them dearer... viper performance and roose motorsport have good quality tested products too...

DET sensor is a good idea too - i bought an ebay one £20 few years ago, drive it every day - i'm only running 1bar - been on rolling road + nissan data scan - so far so good... cheaper now...
