Roof support bars

Hi,

What's the best way to fix the rattling support bars?
I don't really want to weld them back on due to warping the roof and possibly eventually will work loose again , I'm thinking of PU seam sealer or expanding foam? The whole cars stripped so access is easy.

or you could use some of that stuff you get from the DiY store that takes a 150 tons to break it's bond, Then you know for sure they wont be moving or rattling lol.

I've got it holding up a whole kitchen cupboard.
