ABS - Disable

How about getting it going again? - I've got the light on, but damned if I can work-out why; the unit doesn't seem to be flashing... maybe that's what's broken?

I remember a thread back 10 years or so ago about the abs being rubbish in icy weather. A few people fitted a switch to disable/enable it.

Is it not the Abs sensor under your radio at fault? Mine went not long ago.

My ABS fixed its self (or rather the light just decided to go off and stay off); I actually bought a replacement ABS control unit to go in, but never installed it. - To be honest I'm not sure if my ABS works at all; I've never really noticed it doing anything, but maybe that's a good thing on the road?

I remember my ABS kicking it and the peddle went rock solid, I never found it comforting so took out the fuse.
