dont leave the paypal claim to late,i think they have a three month cut off date,happend with me (not parts for cars)but put a deposit down using paypal ,didnt get the goods,left it a whlie,when i approached pay pal they advised it had passed the date for them to get involved.

i how ever got my cash back threw other means

think i remeber that name. Might be a long shot in the dark, but i would run the name Paul Saxon through the electoral register in lincoln and see if you can pick his address from there. Might be a long shot but has to be worth a go.
