Are there many M plate cars?

i know of a dealer who had one in the showroom for atleast 18 months.....they sold it for 15 grand in the end

well it would of cost him once the car becomes fully paid they then own the car and wont have any scope for discount if the car has been sitting for 18months chances r they've had to blow the car out the door and if they've put the car on there own funding the car prob ended up costing money but if the reg'd b4 it was fully paid they'd of got demo bonus and still made been able to discount car and make a profit sure the car wasn't sitting in the dealership reg'd but not pdi'd and plated??

i work in the motortrade so i know what happens (have done for 20+years), the car was unregistered, believe me.
