Best hp limit for GTiR for street and track use

So what turbo would be recommended to replace the standard T28, preferably something with as little lag as possible but with as much power as possible :twisted: 3071? Apart from fueling and injectors what other areas for improvement are needed?

2871 R with bigger housing may do 400 if pushed hard

im sure 00sids car made 400 with the 86ar @ 1.6 bar 8)
ill see what i can get out of it now td have modded it
