brake problems

Bearing in mind this car stood rotting for some years and after having the bodywork fixed I recently serviced all brake calipers with new seals and are now free and working, however after a short run ALL brakes are severely binding solid and don't release for hours. I've acquired another master cylinder and vacuum servo ready to fit but I'm not sure if there's anything I may have missed.
Also do I remove the inlet manifold or is there another way to replace the unit?
Really hope there's someone who can advise cause I'm a bit lost. Thanks.

Changing the master cylinder would be a very good move.

Full fluid flush and also add braided brake lines if you can afford?

The master cylinder shouldn't need the inlet manifold to be taken off, you "should" be able to do it insitu.

I take it, you've changed your pads and discs for new items since they've been sat for so long?.

Have you also lubed up the calipers since they've been serviced so they run smoothly when being pressed?

all calipers properly serviced and working new discs and pads installed. everything seems to point to master, servo or possibly ABS
