ed you seem to be quoting the same group of people time and time again, who are all closely associated to you! i can name a lot of people who have either been unhappy with the mapping or customer service you provided. even one of the above was not happy and phoned me for advise on horsham dev after you mapped their car! but im not gonna drag all this up on the site again unless you specifically want me to, i dont mind either way.
re- money owed please stop making it sound as though your a huge company (my sh1tty little spares business is bigger than your company) so really dont need to hear all the company policy stuff, you sent wrong item and i returned it by recorded delivery as you yourself specified, and i never recieved refund for that.
as you rightly say your only as good as the last car you mapped, its a line of business that is or can be fraught with disasterous outcomes and thats why it has never appealed to me to learn mapping skills, i would be sh1t scared of wrecking someones pride and joy.

my campaign against you was not just a direct result of my engine problems but the whole way in which the situation was handled by yourself, which infuriated me, all i ever wanted from the start was answers!
btw...theres really no need to pity me, im not a whinging 3 year old, just one very bitter customer that feels he's been had over, 'and i dont like to feel that im being made a mug of by anyone,'so i believe ive a right to be very angry, and yes your correct, frankly i have much better things to do with my time other than rightly slate you and your company, this is why i want this situation resolved, my engine is now dead, thats history! but the way i felt i was treated will always leave a bitter taste in the back of my throat..................will pm you now
