Joined this thread a bit late but, have you tried superflex ? I have them on the front of mine. I fitted them by hand, you will just need someone with a press to remove the old ones. Best bit is they are cheaper than Powerflex. Just fitting the ARB bushes, the difference was noticable !

www.superflex.co.uk. Try here :D

iv got the full front antiroll bar bush kit that demon tweeks do from powerflex, the rollbar to lower arm ones were easy the ones at the rear were a bit of a pig layin under the car with it on axle stands. reckon if you undo both the nuts attatched to the fronts and loosen the rears enough so that the bit that goes into the l' arm lifts out, fit the bushes both sides, put the bolts on a few turns then do the rears one at a time it saves tryin to hold the lot up on your arm/head.
had to push a bit but once id got a turn on em they were fine :)

still dont answer where you can get a full bush kit from though, sorry

Is that the yellow one?I used ot have that and had to move the nracket the throttle cable goes onto and slightly enlarge the holes. After that it went on fine.
Yeah that's the one, I had to do the same, but enlarged the holes in the wrong direction which meant the inlet plenum hit the brace every time I accelerated hard. Replaced it with a Cusco one, which went straight on.

Before i get lambasted for dragging up an old thread... Just thought some people might find it useful knowing the following.

I've had fitted a full poly-bush kit to my 'R, made by these guys in Aus.: http://www.superpropoly.com/
My garage (a rally car specialist) sourced them through their supplier in Bridgwater, although it did take forever for it to turn up.

Opinion: After a month... FIRM! Combined with the Teins, it makes for a bumpy ride around town and to/from work - i'll say that much!
Seems to be doing exactly what it says on the tin though, I guess I didn't expect such a change though. :)

For my money, I got (labelled on packets):
Front lower inner rear bush kit
Front lower inner front kit
Front swaybar to chassis
Rear lower control arm bush kit
Rear swaybar to chassis bush
+ Part No.s SPF2092B-4K and SPf0903-4K (doesn't say what they are)
Possibly more bits, but this was what was left in the box I got back from the garage.

I've noticed that some people have found the Superflex stuff to be good as well [www.superflex.co.uk], luckily they're local to me should I need any more bits :)

i been through the standard 14s, after market 16s and light weight 17s, ive lurnt for the R their aint nufin like the 16s,suit it superb. Gota get a wall on the tyre also so it could flex a little,i reccomend 205/50/16s.
but 205/45/16s fab too. i just find having more of a tyre wall actually helps. and when you got the big wheels you loose the wall,as i did on the 17s 205/40/17. you feel more road, and like drummin around roundabouts.
What im sayin is in the wet it aint to that. and no my tyres are fresh!
I been in non 4wd drive cars that will put the gtir too shame.
Theirs got to be something to sort out the handling.
well first of all if you hant got a bumpsteer kit,get one. mine should be with me within the week. is suppose to be biggest improvement for handling. also yeh go up 15s or 16s. but when you have bigger power i will say 16s. strut braces also make an amazing difference as i have learnt before. would like to go for some secondhand ones, any for sale give me a shout. any oz superleggeras in 16s give me a shout.
cheers guys
In this order:
What tyres, pressure, depth, age and manufacture
What lowering springs if any and make?
What dampers, make, age
Any other mods?

For the record, the bumpsteer kit improves errr... uuumm... bumpsteer. Not understeer or outrgight grip.

Bumpsteer is where the toe of a wheel changes under suspension compression. Normally your outside wheel will toe out and on a roundabout this means.....

you have to turn your steering wheel more.

You notice bumpsteer down a dodgy backroad where the steering becomes unstable as the suspension bounces through potholes.

On most cars the bumpsteer is less than perfect and especially so for macpherson strut type cars. Lowering the car WILL make it worse though. The kit should be called bumpsteer improvement not correction because unless you measure your bumpsteer and shim it accordingly you will always have a degree of bumpsteer.

The improvement in handling most people notice has nothing to do with bumpsteer but the rose joints in the kit that greatly improve steering response. Aside from the improvement in steering feel this make the front turn more aggressively on corner entry and can help to unseetle the back end at the same time which reduces understeer...... on corner entry.

Don't get me wrong, reliability aside, the kit is excellent at what it does. (I'm still waiting to see how Steve P's new rose joints are fairing)

Its just that what I have written above is what the bumpsteer kit does, no more and no less, it will not solve all your handling woes.
