At this (and most other ) level of boost, electric boost controllers aren't needed, just use a dawes device (not a bleed valve) as they allow the turbo to make boost quickly and you get almost no spiking either (and they're a piece of p iss to setup) and they're only about 20 -30 quid instead of 200+ for an electric one.
Again at around this level of power you might not need any electronics (as in the previously mentioned s-afc) and it's worth getting your car on the rollers to check that everything is working ok, no point spending 200+ pounds if you don't need it.
