question about the Pulsar taillights

Yes we need Rear fog lights to pass Yearly Vehicle test

the lights still have the reflector just it lets light through as you can see in the pic all cars need rear reflectors as far as im aware because if it is parked at night it will show up red and to show rear of car or front.

So does anyone know which lights are which as i thought i had now two sunny tail lights?

Top pic is sunny and bottom pic is pulsar! Sure the Pulsar one aint got the reflector in either!? (though i could be wrong)
Think the square on the light (which looks like a reflector) is part of the cover plastic itself!?

Is there something different in the plugs?
