when do ARP rod bolts break

then this is what greated me the next morning.

one rod that decided he had enough

Thats the same place mine went :shock: , But the oil went up in flames on mine takeing the car with it :shock: .

some of you have seen my peep hole gtir block before :shock:

the biggest bit of piston that was attached to the rod that let go :shock:

the rest looked like gravel in the sump :lol: wish i kept a picture of the bent rod, was kinda s-shaped :shock:

I want to get an idea as to what i'm able to run eg: RPM and cylinder pressures

I want to know if anyone has broke rod bolt(s), as i stated earlier i've got 87mm pistons on stock rods with ARP bolts.. nice pics !!!!
