On tick over i have always had negative vac, if yours was on 0? was the car idling fast?

I looked at the wiring in areas of the R and it is shocking i must admit, although dated, the mess thats been left in there is terrible, im just gonna do bits as and when i need to, mine field is an understatement lol.

Carefull!! You'll get the n00bs using that for their gearboxes!

You may want to change that to 'Which Engine Oil..?'

You should also have some other options like:

Castrol EDGE 10/60
Millers 10/60


Even better would be to have oils for all the items, Engine Oils, Transfer Box & Diff Oils etc...


You get the idea..........

I have 0W-40 in my car and the engine is really quiet, I want it to stay quiet, quiet it good and better than other R's I've heard.

Should I not put 0W-40 back in? ;-)

Yeah it's fine using this as long as it's sunflower oil and not olive! :-D

But then I'll never know if I can use chip fat oil in my transfer box!! :cry:

(I heard that it's better that the pish you buy in motor factors!) :lol:

What we need is someone to write some code so you can stick 'best oil' in a front end field. An instruction will then be sent to the database to find any posts and/or threads with the 'best oil' chain of words in them. Once this task is completed, a list of the posts and/or threads will be displayed in a front end page for the user to go look at.

It's a great idea, if I do say so myself but, we just need to think of a simple, easy to understand and self explanatory word that will bring up the initial front end field, to start the process.......

Anyone have any idea what we can call this function ?
